Hmmm, could this be made into a Sinosplice vocabulary list? Especially since the link doesn’t work anymore. Essential vocabulary no doubt (and I’m not thinking about dirty slang, but lovers’ talk etc). Nowhere to be found on the web at the moment as far as I can tell…

Yan She is actually from Japan, not surprising given how big the AV industry is there. From my recollection Yan is used a lot for face in the japanese language.

Yeah, it's a PHP script. I do it partly because I have trouble remembering myself. I think the starting date is August 20, 2000, so it'll hit 7 whenever the figure rounds up to 7.0...

Off topic here, but I've been meaning to ask for a while. You know your 6.7, 6.8, 6.9....counter at the top of your blog by your head? Two questions: 1) is that automated? 2) when will it hit 7.0? Because ever since that Y2K thing I can't bear these countdowns. I come here everyday just to see that freaking thing turn to 7.0. I feel like you are Hong Kong about to be returned to China.

All of a sudden I feel like this wasn't off topic.
