Terrible Product Name “and” Characterplay

My love of characterplay aside, “and” has to be one of the worst English product names I’ve ever seen. It’s a faithful translation of its Chinese product name, (meaning “and”), but that doesn’t make it any better.

  1. I think 和 is terrible as a product name in Chinese, too. I find it awkward to use 和 in casual speech (it just doesn’t flow off the tongue like ‘and’ does in English) and its alternative conjunctions like 并 and 及 are no less awkward to me.
